SYABAS form

Received SMS from Platinum Victory Sales office this morning, saying we need to refill the SYABAS form.

According to them, SYABAS came out with a new form this year and they want everyone to resubmit with the new form.

House Inspection #5 - Internal Walls

Internal Walls' Inspection

• Finishing with no stain mark, consisten colour tone and no rough/patchy surface
• No visible of crack and damages
• No hollow sound when tapped with hard object (golf ball)
• Walls meet at right angle, edge to be straight and aligned
• Surfaces are evenly painted with good opacity and no patchiness resulted from touch up works
• Surface should be free from peeling, blister. No discolouration and fading.

For tiled finishes wall

• Joint are aligned between tiles and consistent size
• Lippage between 2 tiles should not be more than 1mm
• Consistent and neat marking

PV2 - Selling like a hotcakes ?

Some of you may have known, the last phase of PV's condo in Taman Melati is in soft launch now, and it's actually 100% booked before the official launch.

PV2 located at the adjacent area next to PV3 and PV5, the entrance is just right in front of the bomba station.

A visit to Platinum Victory's sales office

Went to the sales office at Taman Melati yesterday, and according to the girl there we can expect to have our keys by June this year.

It's early that what I have expected but let's keep our fingers crossed.

House Inspection #4 - Window

Window's inspections

• Consistent gap between windows leaf and frame
• No visible gap between window frame and wall
• Neat joint between window frame and wall internally and externally
• Parallel with wall opening and window frame to be plumb and square
• No stain mark and visible damage and no sign of corrosion
• Ease of open and no squeaky sound during opening and closing
• It worth to check after heavy rain

House Inspection #3 - Doors

Door's inspection

• Consistent gap between bottom of door leaf and finished floor
• No visible gaps between door frame and wall, neat joints
• Parallel to with the walls and door frame to be plumb and square
• Door leaf and frame corners maintained at right angles
• No stain marks and any visible damage, no sags, warps on door leaf
  
• Door joints and nail holes filled up and properly sanded, no sign of corrosion
• Ease in opening and closing, and no squeaky sound during opening and closing
• Lockset should be functional
• Good paintwork
  

House Inspection #2 - Floors

Inspecting the floor:

• No stain marks and consistent colour tone
• Check for alignment and evenness, falls in wet areas should be in right direction.
• No visible crack, damage or defects
• No hollow sound when tapped with golf ball
• No sign of delamination
• Jointing - consistent skirting thickness and no visible gap between wall & skirting
• Tiled floor - joints are aligned between tiles and consistent size, Lippage between two tiles must not more than 1mm
