Internal Walls' Inspection
- Finishing with no stain mark, consisten colour tone and no rough/patchy surface
- No visible of crack and damages
- No hollow sound when tapped with hard object (golf ball)
- Walls meet at right angle, edge to be straight and aligned
- Surfaces are evenly painted with good opacity and no patchiness resulted from touch up works
- Surface should be free from peeling, blister. No discolouration and fading.
For tiled finishes wall
- Joint are aligned between tiles and consistent size
- Lippage between 2 tiles should not be more than 1mm
- Consistent and neat marking
Speaking of walls, I drove pass PV8 the other day and already saw grafitti on walls surrounding the compound, and even at the front gate! I hope the developer will fix that immediately. I really hope this problem is not going to persist in the future.
