SYABAS form


Received SMS from Platinum Victory Sales office this morning, saying we need to refill the SYABAS form.

According to them, SYABAS came out with a new form this year and they want everyone to resubmit with the new form.

House Inspection #5 - Internal Walls

Internal Walls' Inspection
  • Finishing with no stain mark, consisten colour tone and no rough/patchy surface
  • No visible of crack and damages
  • No hollow sound when tapped with hard object (golf ball)
  • Walls meet at right angle, edge to be straight and aligned
  • Surfaces are evenly painted with good opacity and no patchiness resulted from touch up works
  • Surface should be free from peeling, blister. No discolouration and fading.

For tiled finishes wall

  • Joint are aligned between tiles and consistent size
  • Lippage between 2 tiles should not be more than 1mm
  • Consistent and neat marking
