PV2 - Selling like a hotcakes ?

Some of you may have known, the last phase of PV's condo in Taman Melati is in soft launch now, and it's actually 100% booked before the official launch.

PV2 located at the adjacent area next to PV3 and PV5, the entrance is just right in front of the bomba station.

Some of facts about PV2:
- 3 types, A - 1313 sq.ft, B - 1450 sq.ft, C - 1500 sq.ft, C (26/f to 30/f) - 1600 sq. ft
- 2 Blocks, Block A and Block B
- 3 lifts each floor
- Each floor with 14 units
- 30 floors in total
- Selling price starts from RM331K

    Now queitly release the units that r not taken & management did not call those register!

    I received a call from PV saying there is a unit available and asking me if I'm interested.

    3 lifts for 14 units per floor, total of 30 floors, means 350 units of ppl sharing 3 lifts...u have to wait for ages before you can reach your destination...hahaha

    I'm staying at PV5...the lifts definitely give us a problem..have to wait for a long time before could get in....now we are in the midst of selling it...the area is too congested and full of college students..
