Platinum Victory 8 - Carrefour Express

The new convenience store posted earlier (see here) is a Carrefour Express, occupied 2 unit of shoplot at the ground floor.

    appreciate on what u did now. at least we have the update on the latest stage.
    do u think how much we can rental the unit for the type A?
    i don know current rental in pv area.

    you can gauge the rental by looking at the nearby condo.

    PV5, 1272sf - from RM1,300
    PV6, 1228sf - from RM1,400 (some go up to RM1,700)

    Of course that depends on the facilities provided.
