Sometime in Dec 09, the sales office told me that expected completion may be earlier, ie April '10. They also said that contractually if it's not completed by June '10, then the developer will compensate buyers. And I'm now surprised that it's been pushed forward. Has any other buyers been told the same?
Don't be so surprise, when it was first launch the expected completion was July 2009 i think..
About the compensation, yes, they will compensate you if the delay is more than 3 years after the S&P date. Which mean if you sign your S&P in 2009, they will only compensate you if they completed the development after 2012. It's all depends on when you sign the S&P.
My comments is that, they have been progressing very well and i think it should be completed before end of the year.

I heard that the developer will send letter to inform buyers to collect the keys in May. hope to get the letter soon.
